Terms and Claims

Naftali Inc products are tested to ensure that they meet our stringent standards. If a problem occurs caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, we will, at our discretion, either fix or replace it within 30 days of its receipt, following the warranty terms.

The warranty provided herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.

Our warranty does not cover repairs made by unauthorized personnel. It does not cover if the usability is restricted by abrasion, improper use, faulty operation, or externally occurring forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g., deformation, cracks, body breakages, scratches, wear, wheel damage, etc.), neglect, accidents, and normal wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover the shipping cost for repairs or replacements. We highly recommend you inspect your luggage immediately after retrieval from transport handling and file a claim with the carrier (e.g., airline or railway company) that is insured against this. You will usually need a picture of the airline ticket and the damage caused to your suitcase.

The warranty is intended to give specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described here, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country concerning the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages, repairs, and replacement.

Consequently, the limitations or exclusions expressly contained in this warranty may not apply to you.

To file a warranty claim, please email cs@naftaliinc.com with pictures or a short video,  along with a brief description of the issue, and we will provide a resolution.
