Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date for full reimbursement, provided the merchandise is complete, unused, and undamaged.

We offer discounted shipping returns on luggage and free returns on everything else if applicable. In addition, we provide a one-time, once per order, pre-paid return label for easy returns that are deducted from the refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will approve or reject your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please have in mind that it could take an additional 3-7 days for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale items
All promotional items are final sale. Returns aren’t accepted.

No Exchange Policy
We do not accept orders or items for exchange. If you need a different size, color, or Product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing the new order now ensures that you will receive it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.
