How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can log on to the carrier’s site to track your shipment for the estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, we only accept one form of payment for each order placed.
Why your products have the Proposition 65 Warning?
A Proposition 65 warning label serves to notify residents of California of a potential risk, which permits them to decide if they want to purchase or use the product. The Proposition 65 warning does not mean that the relevant products will necessarily cause cancer or reproductive harm, or that a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. OEHHA states on its website that the mere presence of a Proposition 65 warning label does not indicate that a product is not safe.
As of July 2017, there are nearly 1,000 chemicals listed on the OEHHA Proposition 65 list. Extensive testing would be required to confirm with certainty that none of our products contain the trace amount of any of these chemicals that would trigger the warning obligations. Since the penalties for not complying with Proposition 65 are high, and because there is no penalty for providing an unnecessary warning, Naftali Inc. has decided to provide the Proposition 65 warnings on its products out of an abundance of caution in order to avoid the potential for liability.

Do your products have a warranty?
We offer a 10-year Warranty for luggage that covers workmanship and materials against defects. During this period, if the warranty covers the product, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Contents of your bag, normal wear and tear, abuse, and cosmetic wear and tear are excluded.
Can I take your carry-ons to the airplane's cabin?
Our carry-ons fit in almost all cabins plane. Please contact your airline carrier for specific luggage restrictions.

We currently ship in the continental US.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders. We use FedEx Ground® or USPS Priority Mail®. For other services, please see the available rates at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
When you place an order online, we process it, and then we ship it. Usually, your package will ship out from our warehouse in 1 business day. Orders placed by 1 pm EST will be dispatched on the same business day. Delivery is expected within 3-5 business days.
Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays; therefore, orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns if the product has its original tags attached and is returned within 30-days of shipping arrival.
- All returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached
- A product can be returned within 30 days of the product purchase
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if Naftali Inc is at fault
- Only items ordered from naftaliinc.com can be returned
Do you offer exchanges?
Naftaliinc.com does not offer exchanges. You can return your items, where you’ll be credited back to the method of payment used on your order, to then place a new order. To ship your return, follow the instructions below:
- Package your items. No Return Authorization (RA) is needed.
- Please include a copy of your original packing slip, or order confirmation email, inside the return shipment.
- Take to your nearest shipping center. Customers are responsible for the return shipping, and we recommend making sure you have tracking numbers.
- Mail your return to: 1363 NW 155th Drive, Miami Gardens, FL 33169.
- Once the package is received, you will be refunded within 7 days.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Your refund will take approximately 7 – 10 business days between the receipt of the returned merchandise and refund. Once your merchandise has been successfully received, you will receive an email notifying you of the total refund amount to be credited to your account.
Does Naftali Inc. have a warranty?
Yes.
Our products are tested to ensure they meet our stringent standards. If a problem occurs with this product, which is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. In that case, we will, at our discretion, either fix or replace the product following the warranty terms upon presentation of your dated proof of purchase and this original warranty tag. The return window is of 30 days of its receipt.
The warranty provided here applies only to the first purchaser of the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover repairs made by unauthorized personnel. It does not cover damage caused by the public carrier (airlines, cruise lines, buses, or rail). If a carrier damages your luggage, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier concerned.
This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described here, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country concerning the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages, repair, and replacement.
Consequently, the limitations or exclusion contained explicitly in this warranty may not apply to you.
